There is a 20% design fee added to the base rental price for this service, which typically include two design meetings.
First Design Meeting:
- Discuss color scheme/theme
- Select areas for design
- Select rental items
- Initial quote provided for rental items
Second Design Meeting:
- Go over design
- Make any changes at this time
- Deposit and insurance fee must be paid at this time
- Within 3 weeks after meeting provide pictures of layouts (florals, table top setup, etc.) or may request an additional meeting
- Final Approval
Items are delivered to you or you may pick them up from our warehouse. A detailed list will be provided along with your rental items which are packed in a way to make it easy for you to set it up (see paragraph 8, Delivery & Pickup Fees, in Rental Agreement).
